We’ll add networking to the bottom. Most people in a 9-5 will he trapped in that for 40 years. Live in the aame city they were born in too (some places are ok for that- push and pull factors; family, infrastructure, mutual friendships, work/business, earning potential, quality of schooling, commute, happiness)
